After four sold-out wine tastings, we're stepping behind the bar for something new: a hands-on, zero-proof cocktail class built entirely around tequila. We'll shake, stir, and taste our way through five tequila-based cocktails, starting with the one that started it all: the classic margarita, all while snacking from a build-your-own nacho bar. You'll leave with every recipe to remake at home, a bottle of Lyre's Agave Blanco (the same zero-proof spirit we use in class), and a cocktail kit stocked with everything you need to build your first margarita in your own kitchen.
